I started Foz4 originally as a showcase of my design work in 1998, since then it has evolved many times from graphic design to web design. I have always been interested in photography studying it in part at University, and so the path this particular site has taken is one of a personal presentation of my photographic work. You can view images from my trips, including Bryce Canyon in Arizona, Monument Valley in UTAH and the Eden Project in Cornwall. you can also view from over 800 hundred images through 34 sets in the archives. You can also view a selection of my photography at Flickr

Technology stuff
The site has been through numerous changes, from being a flash only site to an XML driven site. The new design is I think the simplest way to show my photographs. I used to have the Highslide JS to load and show the images. You can view the source code and how to implement it at Highslide. The font on the site is Lucida Grande and the logo font is Gill Sans MT.
The site is now completely CSS compliant, meaning that the style sheets only need updating, well other than the content!

The exposed plate is then treated with reducing agents, as pyrogallic acid, ferrous sulphate, etc.
